From points North:
Route 95 South to Exit 25 (Smithfield Avenue). At the top of the exit (at the light), take a right onto the access road. Follow to the end of the access road (Chelo's Restaurant will be on your left); take a right. Stay straight, bearing right at the fork on Smithfield Avenue. The Pain Center is located 1/4 mile on the left, across the street from the cemetery.

From points South:
Route 95 North to Exit 25B (Smithfield Avenue). Bear right off the exit (this will take you OVER the highway). Follow to the end of the access road to the light (Chelo's Restaurant will be on your left); take a right. Stay straight, bearing right at the fork on Smithfield Avenue. The Pain Center is located 1/4 mile on the left, across the street from the cemetery.
